Training & Continuing Education

We’re very committed to career growth and advancement for  our young staff.  We offer individual and group training to help young staff further develop their professional and technical skills.   And staff members are assigned a mentor to help them succeed.  We also show staff how to identify and cross-sell firm services to clients and include them in networking opportunities.

Our more experienced staff members regularly participate in training and CPE opportunities and are coached on how to build their book of business.

Continuing Professional Education

HRH is committed to training. In addition to the supportive and constructive feedback and coaching you’ll receive while working directly with other members of the HRH team, the firm provides at least 40 hours of continuing education to our professional staff.
